Black sesame is an excellent source of magnesium and calcium. We blend them into our handcrafted coconut and date milk. The end result is a velvety and nutrient rich blend. Black sesame seeds are often suggested in TCM postpartum nutrition due to their high levels of zinc (especially when one has suffered severe blood loss).
Our delicious in-house made vegan milks are available by the quart for pick up only at this time.
