Used as a spice and a galactagogue. Fenugreek has also been used to support digestive problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, constipation, inflammation of the stomach (gastritis). Fenugreek is also used for painful menstruation and used in alternative. Research suggests that fenugreek may increase breastmilk production.
Fenugreek seeds and powder are also used in many Indian dishes for their nutritional profile and slightly sweet, nutty taste.
Qualities: Pungent, very warming & bitter
May produce a maple syrup like body odor

Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Fenugreek is a uterine stimulant – avoid high doses in pregnancy.
May cause gas in infants watch for any signs after feeding.
