Massage and touch can be a powerful and effective tool for helping women during childbirth. A recent study showed that women who were massaged during the first and second stages of labor had shorter labor durations.
This massage oil blend has a blend of essential oils to help move labor along by supporting the uterus, calm anxious feelings and help alleviate pain. Organic almond oil base is easily absorbed into the skin without leaving an excessive oily residue.
Intended for use during active labor, not prior to onset of labor. Can be used after the birth however whenever desired. Not recommended for use in water births.
