Our COVID-19 Protocol

At Modern Herbal Apothecary we are striving to create a safe environment for our employees and customers (many of which are considered hi risk).  COVID will take some getting used to for everyone but we are making changes to adapt.  First, we have switched our purchasing platform to online sales only no in-store purchases at this time. We have added local pick up and delivery for our customer's convenience and we have added virtual consults to our list of services. Other changes have unfortunately been shipping delays.  We endeavor to fulfill all orders within a few days of receiving them; however, we have had to restrict our shipping of perishable items to only two days a week to ensure their safety and quality. We ship on Monday or Tuesday only with UPS.   We are still here for you and will continue to support our beloved community. Let us know if you need anything. We are happy to help!
