We suggest pairing our bundle with a protocol including: Vit D, Selenium, Zinc, Echinacea, Arabinogalactan, Healthy Diet and Exercise. We are not medical professionals. Always speak with your pediatrician for proper dosage and recommendations.

Supplementing your diet with Vit C can make a greater impact between minimum and optimum health than perhaps any other single nutrient.
We blend herbs naturally high in Vit C and bioflavinoids: Organic Rosehips, Hibiscus, Yellowdock, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Hops, Cardamom, Pine, and Raw Honey in Vegetable Glycerin.
Childs Tonic Tea
Tasty blend of children friendly herbs that help serve as a total body tonic. We suggest drinking a cup a day, warm or cold. Drink as is or add to apple juice.

8 oz Elderberry Syrup
Our tasty take on a time tested classic. A staple in our household, elderberry has been used for its antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties since 400 BC. We mixed other powerful plants like moringa, tumeric, and juniper with raw local honey to create a power packed plant-based syrup. It can be taken daily as a preventative (especially on the onset of cold and flu season or before you travel). It may relieve flu symptoms and/or reduce the length of time the flu lasts when taken by mouth within 48 hours of the first symptoms.
Organic blend of elderberries, moringa, turmeric, juniper, cinnamon, olive leaf, orange, raw honey
As a preventative take daily/onset of cold and flu season/before you travel:
Adults - Take 1 tbl (15 mL) twice daily
Children - Take 1 tsp (5 mL) twice daily
For flu relief:
Adults - Take 1 tbl (15 mL) syrup up to 4 times daily for 3-5 days.
Children - Take 1 tsp (5 mL) of syrup up to 4 times daily for 3 days.

In an attempt to reduce the chances of a viral infection, in addition to our other immune supporting recommendations, at the first sign of viral symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath upon exertion, fatigue, body aches, or diarrhea, which early evidence suggests may also be a symptom of COVID-19), we continue to support the judicial use of black elderberry as a component of our complete protocol, along with other supplements, designed to keep the immune system strong and balanced.
We acknowledge the concern of cytokine overstimulation exists; however, we feel that, based on elderberry’s antiviral effects and a long history of use within the practice of integrative medicine, the benefits of use outweigh the currently understood risks.
