Kava kava promotes natural relaxation and helps in coping with stress. Used as a mild sedative for nervous tension, stress, and sleeplessness. Relief of sore throat, headache or muscular tension.
NOTE: Never put Kava in hot water. Heat will destroy the active components.
Combinations: Use with Valerian for insomnia with components of stress, anxiety or muscle tension
Kava kava grows in the Pacific Islands with finite boundaries. Climate pressures and an increasing global demand have steadily increased the cost. While we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we have had to recently raise our kava kava pricing. We will continue to watch the market closely and adjust our prices accordingly.
